Recently marvel released their official
trailer
for the new movie which spotlights the Avengers hero's and heroin plus
its lead villain Loki which debuted in the recent Thor movie. As the
trailer plays thru its dramatic introductions Nick Furry is explaining
that S.H.I.E.L.D. has had "an idea to bring together a group of
remarkable people so when we needed them they could fight the battles
that we never could."
At the beginning of this speech agent Coulson is about to open a door
with a thumb reader looking device which is followed by the team
entering a door way, but the door they walk thru dose not match the one
that he is in front of and followed by their entrance Captain America also
enters a door that also dose not match, which opens up to an armory that
contains his uniform.
Where dose this door lead? Is it a secret door in to the base or is it a secret reveal that agent Coulson
is one of the new team? The door itself looks more like a personal
locker due to the fact that it is has a diamond cut patter metal door
which you can see thru yet the other side has no lights which would be
expected if it had a hallway on the other side of it. Plus if agent
Coulson was leading or showing some one what was on the other side of
the door he would most likely turn before or at least after to look at
the others in the room but his demeanor is that of some one by them self
full well knowing what will be on the other side.
What will Agent Phil Coulson's role in the the New Avengers movie be?
With
Marvel adding secret giveaway scenes at the ends of their movies and
also having agent Coulson referencing other movies secretly in normal
dialogue I wouldn't put it past Marvel giving us another holy crap
moment we didn't pick up on right away. I for one am hoping that they
did and Coulson's role is at least bigger in the new movie if it is not
that of a new hero.
